Naaz,
If you are having trouble with mouse stress as well, I'd highly
recommend the Vertical Mouse (http://evoluent.com/vm3.html or
http://evoluent.com/vmouse2.html). It takes a little getting used to (a
day or two) but it is an order of magnitude more comfortable than a
normal mouse.
