Greetings, Hidden Tech!
Next Monday at 5:30pm, the video on bicycling that Paul Hake produced and I directed will be shown at the Academy of Music. There's a very good chance you'll see folks you know in it.
Enjoy the Ride features local cyclists from Franklin, Hampshire and Hampden Counties who tell their story of how, when, and why they choose to bicycle instead of drive. It was shot by Scot Broderick of New Salem and myself. Scot also edited the piece. Northampton's own Andy Turrett recorded sound. Animation by Christopher Gendron of Hadley. Original music by Rolf Pechukas of Leverett.
This is a free public screening of our half-hour piece with a brief Q&A afterwards. More details below. The Academy's a huge place -- bring family and friends!
My best,
Carlyn Saltman
