[Hidden-tech] Problems with Comcast connection and Belkin Routers

A different router might solve this intermittent issue also.  I've had 
experience with some off-the-shelf Belkin routers that run periodic 
checks back to a filtering server (even if you have filtering off) that 
cause the sort of intermittent loss you are describing below.
