Hi Margot,
I would suggest contacting a wildlife rehabber and asking for their
advice. They are certified and know what is best for the animals and
the humans. One I would recommend is Loril Moondream in Wendell. Her
email is dahitaa at hotmail.com, and her phone is (978) 544-6144. I just
left a message for her about your situation and asked that she call
me. (We are friends, and this is a good excuse to be in touch!)
So, let's see what Loril has to suggest about this stinky situation.
