There was a recent post I thought I would reply to the list in  
general.  I have been very happy with Dr. Kimberley Lange  
413.582.9889  She may not have time for a house visit at this time,  
but she will be selling ergonomic/adjustable desks and chairs in  
about a month.  She is also very good at doing chiropractic  
adjustments for those who have problems with extremities as well as  
screening to see if one's particular issue can be helped with  
chiropractic or not.

I believe Holyoke Hospital has a department for occupational therapy;  
if they don't do home visits, they might know someone who does.
