[Hidden-tech] LLC questions

Thanks again to all.  Hey, my Hidden Tech membership saved us $100 a year!

A few finer points I'd like help on:

- Federal EIN application asks for the name of the LLC.  LLC application
asks for the EIN.  Which comes first, the chicken or the egg?

- Bank accounts.  Can I use an out of state money market account with a Mass
LLC without registering in another state?

- Contracts.  My work is software contracting for larger firms that are out
of state.  Work is all done in Mass.   Do we need to register as a foreign
corp for this, if the other firm is not registered in MA?

OK, I guess I'd better call a lawyer!
