[Hidden-tech] Suggestions for syncing two iTunes libraries for OS X

I have two different itunes music libraries. I want to
merge both onto an external drive, but I don't want to
import duplicates. Does anyone know of a commerical or
shareware programs that would do this?

I'm running OS X 10.4
