[Hidden-tech] Anyone know a good FTP tool for Mac?

I haven't had to ftp in years, but now I do. The only tool I have is 
Fetch v. 3 and it didn't work.

I am looking for something that

* Runs natively under OS X 10.2.8
* Is stable
* Ideally, can upload a whole folder at once (over cable broadband) 
rather than needing to do a file at a time
* Preferably freeware or shareware
