Technically, these are pirated (illegal) copies. The MS-Windows ELUA
states that the licence is 'non transferable'. Unless they are new
(shrinkwraped) boxed copies (that retail for $200), it is illegal to
use these copies. PC's with OEM installed versions of Windows XP don't
include a full install disk, just a 'recovery' disk.
