[Hidden-tech] PHP + CMS Developer Needed (Joomla/Mambo/Drupal/PostNuke/?)

I'm working on a project with a friend and we need a developer experienced 
with an open-source CMS solution (we're not tied to anything, but like 
Joomla).

Ideally, the person would be comfortable working with custom templates and 
integrating modules and components like discussion boards, etc.  There's 
also a little work integrating a pre-written PHP form with a MySQL 
back-end.

The core skill-set needed is as follows:

. Joomla/Mambo/Drupal/PostNuke (or something else--we're open)
    - Integrating Components/modules (forum, blogs, etc.)
    - Custom Templates
. PHP utilized for a custom forms
. MySQL DB for form data
. HTML/CSS - Good sense of design to visually weave the site together

The scope of our project is well defined and prefer to get a fixed bid. 
We'll also pay a bonus if the project is completed early.

would be nice to see.
