[Hidden-tech] Trademark Question !!!

I have not been through the process but from what I know, there are
many minefields. I advise getting a lawyer, and one who is very
familiar with intellectual property. The last thing you want to do is
go through the considerable trouble and expense of a trademark on
your own and then discover there's a gaping hole in your application.
