[Hidden-tech] Realtors for western Franklin County

I'd personally recommend AVOIDING Marsha Rutz.  She was my buyer and 
seller and was extremely pushy and uncaring.  Not only that, but she 
went on a four week vacation during the middle of the deal and I had to 
do her work and then expected a full commission.   Avoid!
