[Hidden-tech] Tape to DVD

I have various video tapes that I would like to transfer to DVDs.  Some
might need editing.  The most important are two wedding videos done
(unfortunately) by amateurs.  I would love to put these together on a DVD as
a surprise 15th anniversary gift for my husband.  High quality and low cost
are important.  Timing is not critical.
