[Hidden-tech] looking for help with consumer research

Hidden-Tech community -

A new chain of fast-serve cafes has asked me to help them understand  
the strength and liabilities of their burgeoning brand.

The work involves the articulation of a questionnaire, execution of  
intercept interviews at each of four locations, execution of  
intercept interviews NEAR these locations, and analysis and summary.

Additionally, I'm interested in using the web to reach out to  
interested individuals to participate in an on-line forum (focus- 
group?) to identify the parameters of an "insanely great" organic  
fast-food cafe.  I'm wondering if it would be possible to plug into  
the Chow Hound/Boston list serve for such an exercise.

Do you, or anyone you know, have the experience to play a leadership  
or supporting role in such an exercise?

We start immediately and finish in 4 weeks.
