This is a reminder:
	To post you must fill out the skills inventory:

I have been allowing lukers who want to post, 3 weeks to complete
their survey and, sending reminder mailings. No more.

Since few seem to respond after more than a week, I will now discard
postings where people have refused to complete their Skills profile
after more than a week.
