[Hidden-tech] Where to look for freelancers

We are looking for freelance programmers to work on assorted projects -- now and in the future. Would prefer local talent, but would also consider looking outside the valley. We're specifically looking for the following skills:
1. Text parsing and manipulation (e.g. scan and transform a log file)

2. Advanced Filemaker skills (e.g. scripting, with text and file plugins, XML Web publishing, integration with Microsoft Office applications)

3. XML/XSLT transformations

Is anyone on this list interested? Can anyone recommend other places to look?
