i work at a web startup and we need some help with css optimization  
and page building. i'm looking for someone who's up-to-date on the  
latest in css/standards-based ui design and knows how to write clean,  
efficient mark-up, and where to look for new ideas and solutions.

work can be off-site or on-site (we're in caton, ct). please email me  
asap if you're interested, since we need someone right away.

we may also be looking for a developer soon, so i'd appreciate any  
leads. especially anyone with ruby on rails experience.
