I am not from the area, so take this with a grain of salt, but I know that
both English Country Dances and Contra Dances are held regularly at Munson
Library in Amherst. I danced there once or twice and remember it being a
nice dance space. It is certainly large enough to accommodate 10 people
(depending on the dance form), it does not have a carpet, and there must be
a bathroom. I have no idea what time constraints or other restrictions are
placed on the use of this space.
