[Hidden-tech] Comcast Call Waiting Issue

I am experiencing the abrupt, call waiting disconnect issue when someone calls (I have Comcast digital phone service with call waiting).  Is this just going to be the way it is or is there a fix for this?  Maybe disabling call waiting - ALL THE TIME - not just for a single call. Anyway to do this?
