[Hidden-tech] Finding a job on nights and weekends

Hello!
     I have a friend who is a professional bookkeeper/secretary.  She 
works 40 hours a week with me at UMASS but can't quite make ends meet 
and now needs a second job.   She is pursuing retail jobs because of the 
requirement that she is available only on nights and weekends.   However 
I'm wondering if anyone out there has had any experience with temp 
agencies and temp jobs.   I would guess that there are some temp 
agencies out there that could find a job for her that would use her 
talents and hopefully better pay than Walmart.  Are there any that you 
could recommend to us?

     I've heard of jobs where you can type documents and articles up for 
doctors and lawyers.  I know many of these are scams.  Are there any out 
there that are legit that you could recommend to us?  Any at-home jobs 
typing or composing would be perfect for her considering she is a single 
mom with two teenage daughters.
