[Hidden-tech] Mechanical/design/enginer person needed for new innovative mechanical toy

Can anyone recommend an individual or firm to help on the development of the 
design/layout of a (wooden) mechanical toy?  I need someone who can hopefully 
assist with both crystallizing my ideas - and produce design specs/blueprint 
for going forward. Your help is greatly appreciated!
