Share a bright and spacious office in the Paragon Arts & Industry Building
with two Graphic Design and Marketing firms. We're a good bunch who is open
to the possibility of collaborating on projects, so if you are in the
design/arts/web fields it would be a big plus!

We have roughly a 12.5x10 foot space available (or more if needed!) in a
1,500 sq. foot office with shared lounge and conference room space. The
space has huge windows and an open floor plan.

The Paragon Arts & Industry Building is a revived mill/factory building
right off the bike path, on the banks of Mill Pond in Easthampton. We are
across the street from a park and are within easy walking distance to
Easthampton, and 5-10 minutes drive from Northampton.

Rent is $250 a month plus 1/3 internet (about $35 a month) all other
utilities included. Need to sign a lease through March 30, 2007.
