HIDDEN-TECH PLANS EVENTS FOR COMING YEAR

When: Tuesday, March 20, 2007, 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Where: Holiday Inn Express, 400 Russell Street (Rt. 9/116), Hadley

Cost: $10 for the public, dues paying members free

Refreshments: Drinks provided, bring snacks to share

Join us for informal networking and participate in planning Hidden-Tech
events. This is your opportunity to share your ideas.

WHAT TOPICS DO YOU WANT TO LEARN ABOUT OR EXPERIENCE?

Running a small business, growing your business, people/management skills,
insurance, finance, marketing strategies, technical skills, new
technologies, etc.

WHAT KIND OF EVENTS DO YOU WANT TO PARTICIPATE IN OR ATTEND?

Intern fair, showcase, seminar, networking, group just-for-fun outings (to
Tanglewood, play golf, after work camaraderie, museum), etc.

WHO DO YOU KNOW WITH SOMETHING TO SHARE?

Are there presenters you've heard at other meetings? Is there someone you
would like to hear present? Do you have knowledge, skills, or experiences
others will be interested in that you are willing to share?

GOALS

The goal for the evening is to develop a list of well-formulated proposed
events including the purpose, audience, place, and event leader. 

Your board will review the proposal recommendations, make the final
selections, and coordinate scheduling.

SEND YOUR PROGRAMMING IDEAS

To help us prepare, please send your ideas on any or all of the above
programming topics to claudia_gere at hidden-tech.net by Friday, March 16, with
the word "Program" in the subject line. Also, your Hidden-Tech board is
considering teleseminars and webinars for future programming as a way of
involving more people and would like to know whether you are interested as
well as your programming ideas. Please submit your ideas even if you cannot
attend, but we hope to see many of you there to ensure broad representation.
