It depends on how private or public you want the videos to be.

Both youtube and vimeo have options to make video private,
then you have do have to work out how you give someone permission:
will they need a matching account or what ?

Since your web site is wordpress, there are various plugins to plug into 
wordpress
to share &/or sell video content, seems like a good approach to check out.

I'd suggest putting the video on a service (UTube etc) so you are not 
sending bandwidth
on your website with people watching the videos.
