Another option would be a Dropbox account that is only open to your mailing list members. The downside of that is some people may not want to bother, whereas Youbube and Vimeo are pretty straightforward.

Send them links to the videos hosted on a streaming service such as youtube or vimeo.

 

The downside to hosting them on youtube is that you are subjecting your users to advertising and suggested videos that may take them away from your content. I'm not sure if Vimeo displays ads. There are likely many other options...
