Hi my Hidden Tech friends, I am the chair of Easthampton’s WinterFest, which is a community event organized by the Nashawannuck Pond Committee. We just celebrated our 5th year and have been growing and improving our event each year. I think we are now in a position to provide some sort of easy event app to help people navigate our 20+ event locations and activities, promote our sponsors, etc. We are not a city-funded committee and everything we raise for funds goes to support Nashawannuck Pond. Our budget is small and the apps we are seeing online seem way more sophisticated than we need and cost in the $2,000 range, which is too steep for our budget. Does anyone know what kind of event/festival apps are affordable for a small event or is someone able to create an app locally? Your help is always appreciated.
