Right.  Bad as cable is and as bad as the cable companies are, most of the 
*currently available* alternitives are actually worse.  Unless you are 
somewhere not served by a cable company, in which case you make do with 
whatever is available.  For example, *I* am one of the nobodies that still are 
still on dialup, since that is ALL that is available where I live.
