A 4G LTE cell phone signal, even amplified, may be the best of your 
choices. It has been for me, and I have used Hughesnet in the past... 
but I am fortunate to have a useable signal. Of course, many unserved 
areas are unserved in cell service as well.

It also helps to be a little technical, as fixing whatever the problem 
du jour is with Hughesnet or DSL is sometimes in the hands of the end-user.
