Hey everyone...

just a reminder with a few more details - the next NERD Summit is coming right up: Saturday March 18 and Sunday March 19.

As I said, it’s well worth attending and not just for developers - designers, project managers, whatever flavor you are, you'll fit. :)

It's free, held at UMass:

https://nerdsummit.org/

You can register or review the sessions on the site. There is still time to register.

A couple notable things: in addition to plenty of career content, there’s some neat stuff on women in tech.

Saturday 10am is The Modern Woman in Tech, with Christina Gleason

Saturday 3pm is a Women in Tech panel discussion.

There’s an agile methods track on Saturday that is well worth a look for those looking to get insight into agile approaches.

The Javascript Trap session from 3pm to 5pm on Saturday with Richard Stallman and Micky Metts comes highly recommended.

Sunday has a bunch of cool stuff too, I’m moderating a panel on creating sustainable tech businesses in the valley at 1pm Sunday and there’s a bunch more stuff as well. If you’re around, drop in and say hello.

More details from last time:

Also, on Saturday there will be:

Dress for Success and Suit Up Springfield drop-in coaching
Drop in from 2pm to 5pm (The NERD Summit will also be a drop point for donations for these two organizations on Sat and Sun, with the first 100 donators receiving a cool NERD sticker).

Resume and Online Presence Workshopping with FiT Solutions
(30 minute signup slots; 3-4 people to workshop with)

Hope to see many of you there.
