Hi David,

You can use a membership plugin, like Wishlist Member or s2member—both of
which I've worked with and can recommend for basic paid-only content.

You use the plugin within any WP theme (there are some that integrate
better than others, the plugin may recommend a theme), and it integrates
with services like Paypal to automatically sign up users to access
member-only content, which is designated within the plugin settings.
