[Hidden-tech] Web site template for wordpress / credit card processor

I have built lots of web sites, mostly in wordpress, but all of them 
were information.  None of them were trying to sell something. What I'm 
trying to do is to create a service web site where I offer a one time 
payment in return for a lot of specific information in the forms of 
videos and written blogs/essays.   I want the front page to have a video 
where I'm talking and a lot of reasons why someone should pay a little 
bit, say 20 to 50 bucks to get access to the rest of my videos and blogs.
I've seen lots of sites that do this sort of thing.   I have three 
important questions related to it:

(1) Are there any wordpress templates that already do this that are out 
there?  would you recommend wordpress, or instead drupal?

(2) To handle the processing of someone's payment, what would you 
recommend I use?

(3) How can I give access to someone who has paid only? In other words, 
once you pay then the site opens up to you.
