[Hidden-tech] Need help fixing TEAC 3300 Reel to Reel tape deck

I picked this up for $75 and it sort of works, except that I think the
take-up reel motor is not functioning correctly. For one thing, fast
forward does not work at all, and in play mode, the take-up reel does not
appear to be pulling the tape through with sufficient power. Does anyone
have any experience fixing these or know anyone who does? Thanks.
