[Hidden-tech] Blue Block screen protectors?

Gunnar makes a "Crysaline" version of their glasses that block less blue
light, but still help a little:
https://gunnar.com/amber-vs-crystalline/

They are supposedly intended for people who work with graphics and claim to
block "10%" of the blue light as opposed to their normal lenses which block
65%.

Alternatively, you could get normal blue-blight blocking glasses and simply
take them off when you need to see unaltered color.

There are also software options such as f.lux that tint your display and
you can turn off at any time with a menu item (and even set to disable just
for a specific application). That said, as somebody who consistently uses
f.lux, I can still feel a significant difference in eye strain when I wear
my Gunnar (amber tint) glasses, v.s just using f.lux (which I happen to be
doing right now, since I am in a Starbucks and did not bring my Gunnars).

Hope this helps,
Chaim

My eye doctor recommended I get blue blocker on my glasses but as it alters
the way you see color I cannot go this route as I edit images on my
computer all the time. I want to find a blue blocker shield that I can
place on my MACBOOK Pro that is Temporary and easy to take on and off. That
way I can leave it on most of the time but remove when editing pics. Does
such a thing exist? I keep finding things that aren’t met to go on and off
repeatedly.
