[Hidden-tech] volunteer - Congo children

Thank you, Steven, for showing support for this organization.

Folks,
The beautiful and courageous Congolese people need our help in every
way possible. After suffering some of the worst, most heneous
humanitarian crises in the world, having 10 million Congolese die due
to conflict since 1994, and have such an underreporting of this in the
media, they deserve the attention of us Americans and the West. And as
you may know from the media, their president, Joseph Kabila refuses to
honor their Constitution and step down from office, and many have died
in protests in their capital, Kinshasa.

If anyone is in the position to donate their time and talent to this
project, I encourage it. While I don't know this project specifically,
I do know that Goma and the whole of eastern Congo, both North and
South Kivu provinces, need our help drastically and every effort
matters.

We will be receiving some new Congolese refugees in Springfield and
Northampton in the coming days, I hear from a Congolese friend who
works for Catholic Charities. Please welcome them and listen to their
stories. They will be ever so grateful.

Harmon Snow, who has been a genocide and human rights investigator and
journalist, focusing on the Congo and the Great Lakes region of Africa
