I've tried about half a dozen hosts for my clients and my own sites and
SiteGround (their midrange plan) is my top pick in terms of performance,
support, and interface. Being the best at all those things and still
competitive in price is no easy feat, but SiteGround manages to be
affordable too.

It's highly recommended to avoid any company owned by EIG which includes
BlueHost.
