I am looking for a Senior Lead Software Developer.
Located in Agawam MA
Pay: 60k-80k
75% straight programming- C#, .net, lots of web based ASP.NET winforms and some deskstop applications.
25%- General IT support, covering for system admin, helping with general IT issues re: printers, desktops, help desk, etc.

Senior Lead Software Developer Required Skills

*         Programming

o   C# .Net - Strong Experience

o   Visual Studio Experience 2008,2012,2013 - Strong Experience

o   Web

?  ASP .NET Webforms / ASP .NET MVC - Strong Experience

?  JQuery / Bootstrap

?  Silverlight - Some experience

o   Client GUI

?  WPF - Med/Strong experience

?  Winforms - Some Experience

o   Windows Services Programming (C# long running console programs) - Med Experience

o   Team Foundation Source Control - Med Experience

o   Windows Mobile (WM5/6) - Barcode Scanner/Mobile devices - Probably not likely but nice to have

*         Database

o   SQL Server Management (2000,2005,2008+) - Strong Experience

o   SQL Query writing/analyzing/optimizing - Strong Experience

o   SQL Server SSIS / DTS - Some experience

o   Mysql - Some experience

o   MS Access - Some experience

o   ODBC - Some experience

*         Other

o   Excel for reporting (connecting to databases and queries)

o   Reporting using multiple sources (queries/data from multiple location)

*         Existing Code

o   Ability to work with and enhance existing code bases

*         Development Lifecycle

o   Ability and experience with face to face requirements gathering, creating prototypes, working with customer, working with feedback, releasing live production software.

*         Mentoring

o   Ability to teach/assist intro/JR programmer

*         Desirable/Optional/Bonus

o   General IT Troubleshooting - Desktops/Printers/Windows/Office

o   Network experience (Switches, routers, firewalls)

o   VMWare virtual environment experience

o   SAP knowledge
