[Hidden-tech] Internet Access

That's about what it would take to get fiber. I have wanted fiber for years, however fiber is also very expensive and internet providers like Comcast have huge amounts of investment in copper so they just aren't going to lay fiber for the last few miles to user homes and municipalities usually don't have the dough to throw into fiber without some form of philanthropy like the Gates foundation.
