[Hidden-tech] studio space

I'm looking for ideas/leads on studio space for a young, broke artist just getting started. She is 
based in Amherst, but could make use of studio space anywhere from Greenfield to Holyoke. It should 
be inexpensive or free, should accommodate multiple large oil canvases (for example, 5'x6') in 
progress at any time, have good ventilation and lighting (natural is best), and could be anything 
from a walkout basement in someone's house, to a heated barn, or re-purposed industrial space.
