Can anyone offer advice re my friends dilemma (see below)?

I’m not a client but I’ve known Ken for 20 years and he’s actually an exceptional therapist.

> If you search for me there are two supposed ratings in the Google page. I don't recognize either name, and, each give me 1 star, out of 5. Do you know how to remove, counter or protest such things?
