Hi all,
I wanted to thank you, Marc, for the reference, and let the group know that we
had an excellent experience working with Mark NeJame. I did a For-Sale-By-Owner
and worked with Mark NeJame. Mark and I had a productive first discussion when
he laid out the process succinctly. Over the course of the 2.5-month selling
process, I had many questions to which he promptly responded. Having never sold
a house by myself, Mark made it go as smooth as possible.
Yes, I would certainly recommend him to anyone who needs a real estate legal
assistance. I understand that he and his partner — happens to be his wife, Julie
Kling — also do estate planning and business work.
I'd also like to say that we are leaving the valley Saturday for New Mexico. I
have not been a very active contributor to Hidden-Techs but have followed,
enjoyed, and found useful the different topics and threads. Not sure of the
protocol, but I would like to stay on the list as I hope to continue doing some
computer consulting out in Silver City as I ease my way into retirement.
