Hi Andrew, If the computer is running OK on Yosemite (10.10), it should run OK on Sierra (10.12), though my professional recommendation based on client experiences is to avoid the Sierra upgrade — or El Capitan (10.11) — for the time being, unless there is a specific need for it. Regarding upgrading an Air, the RAM is soldered to the logic board and not changeable but with a solid state drive, that matters less than it used to. Keep the available space above 10 GB for best performance. I believe it's quite difficult to upgrade either on an Air. > Specifications > > - Product number: MD760LL/A > - Operating system: OS X 10.10.5 Yosemite > - Screen: 13.3” widescreen display > - Resolution: 1440x900 > - Processor: 1.3GHz Intel Core i5 dual-core > - Graphics processor: Intel HD Graphics 5000 > - RAM: 4GB LPDDR3 SDRAM > - Storage: 128GB solid-state drive > - Memory card slot: SDXC > - Webcam: 720p FaceTime HD > - Audio: built-in speakers and microphone > - WiFi: 802.11ac > - Bluetooth: 4.0 > - Ports: 2 USB 3.0, 1 Thunderbolt > - Battery: 54WH lithium-polymer > - Battery life: up to 12 hours > - Weight: 2.96lb. > - Product dimensions: 12.8” (W) x 8.94” (D) x 0.11”–0.68” (H) > > > Andrew Bellak > CEO > Registered Investment Advisor > > Andrew at StakeholdersCapital.com > www.StakeholdersCapital.com <http://www.StakeHoldersCapital.com> > (o) 888-STK-HLDR (785-4537) x.2 > (o) 413-306-3244 > (f) 888-735-HLDR (4537) > (m) 646-552-5783 > > skype = andrewbellak > twitter = stakeholderscap > > This message is intended only for the personal and confidential use of the > designated recipient(s) named above.
