[Hidden-tech] iPhone Repair Options?

HT Folks -

My iPhone 6 is acting very quirky. I've tried the online recommendations
but it has not improved.

The "genius" place in Holyoke Mall seems to be either scheduling a week or
more out or not accepting appointments at all.

Is there a person or place in NohAmherst area you'd recommend for a
diagnosis/intervention? It's not under warranty.
