[Hidden-tech] What's the best way to separate an audio from a Skype video?

Hi, Techies,

I intend to podcast an interview I conducted over skype. The audio came out
fine, but the video is atrocious. Is there a good way to strip out the
audio and use it separately? I have Adobe Premiere and iMovie (both of
which I find very hard to use) as well as Audacity. I think I have garage
band too but have never used it.
