[Hidden-tech] little rant about OSX -- was: PDF help, please

Thanks, all. I have never even heard of SSD. But oddly, my newer computer
is the one that usually has me waiting for the beach ball of death, and I
think that one has flash memory rather than a physical hard drive. Of
course, I keep a whole lot of stuff running. My older computer typically
has no more than three programs at a time, with maybe three or four browser
tabs open in Chrome, one to two small Word docs, and my time clock program.
Back when it was my main computer, it was very slow. Now, it seems so fast.

Would SSD give me improvement in my laptop?
