HELP WANTED Seeking experienced IT Specialist for busy custom software firm. This position is located on-site in Shelburne Falls, MA. Both weekday and weekend hours may be required. RESPONSIBILITIES: You will provide technical support to 20-plus clients in the US and Canada primarily via phone and email · Responsibilities include: o Remote trouble-shooting of technical issues on both Windows and Mac o Managing client feature requests with our development team o Implementing upgrades to new software versions · Maintaining support documentation including: o Drafting user manuals for current and potential new clientele o Creation and distribution of release notes · You will, as needed, remotely support staff located at partner offices across the US. You will also provide in-office software support to on-site staff.
