[Hidden-tech] prices of domains

There is no mechanism to prevent someone from owning/selling a domain 
representing a trademark. There is, however, a process for the mark 
holder to recover it. It's often the case that the seller will offer to 
sell the domain for $1 lower than the ICANN dispute fee. That, plus or 
minus legal fees, would seem to be the going rate.
