If you're open to a web app, I like Highrise (https://highrisehq.com). There's a no-time-limit free option (which I use right now) so you can try it out (https://hello.highrisehq.com/signup/free/new). 

Highrise used to be part of the suite of apps that was created by the developer of the project management tool Basecamp, but was sold to a new developer when they decided to focus exclusively on Basecamp. The new developer has been very actively maintaining the app and adding new features to the app.
