[Hidden-tech] JOB: Client Services Specialist

We have an opening in our Northampton office for for a full time, experienced client support person. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail oriented and have the ability to work with clients of various skill levels.

Previous technical experience in the following required:
Relational database software 
Windows and OS X server environments
General Requirements
Experience troubleshooting technical issues
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Background in training and/or support of non-technical people on software use

Working knowledge of FileMaker Pro a plus
