[Hidden-tech] Text message app that does unread message count

It will replace your current launcher. While the layout is probably 
similar to the stock one you're using now, you would need to layout your 
icons and widgets from scratch. If you like the current layout, I 
suggest taking screenshots of each page as reference.

After installing Nova, the first time you press the Home button you 
should be prompted to choose which app you'd like to use. Choose Nova 
Launcher and "Always".

Also, the change isn't permanent - you can switch back if you decide you 
don't like the new one by simply uninstalling it.
