For out of warranty work such as liquid damage sadly I is very expensive to
go direct to apple (typically 500-700)

We offer a $299 flat rate liquid damage repair on all Macbook models with
serious motherboard liquid damage. More minor issues are sometimes cheaper.

If you want to bring it by for us to take a quick look and offer some free
advice, swing by the office 10-6 today or 9-4 tomorrow.
